Game & App
Developer /
QA Tester

I build commercial games, create mobile apps, and organise QA for websites, games, and digital campaigns.

In recent years, I’ve also been leveraging AI tools to accelerate development workflows, support thorough QA, and solve day-to-day challenges more effectively.

At Koko Digital since July 2017. Seeking full-time work with a local employer.

01 Mobile game development

Ninja Ducks
vs. Pirate Pigs

I led the development on Koko’s in-house mobile game: a side-scrolling level-based runner with objectives to complete, weapons and boss encounters, released in two parts depicting both factions in the Ninja Ducks vs. Pirate Pigs war.

My mobile-app work includes store-published projects with monetisation, analytics and in-game advertising.

02 CMS administrator & QA · staff training tool

on the Go

IKEA

I managed CMS product catalog staging and carried out QA for IKEA’s global staff training app, covering 500+ items across multiple languages. I tested employee journeys and ran exploratory checks across devices using BrowserStack.

My checks uncovered data persistence issues in the CMS, missing localisation copy, broken avatar graphics, and leaderboard display bugs. I worked directly with developers to resolve core saving and visual defects.

CMS administration
Ingesting and formatting 500+ product records, diagnosing data-saving defects with developers.
Quiz production
Structuring question sets, answer logic, and paired product imagery across training modules.
Localization & assets
Staging multi-language copy decks and verifying modular avatar sprite combinations.

03 Browser game development

Metrognome Dash

Metrocentre

I built this side-scrolling endless runner in Construct 3, featuring Metrocentre’s gnome mascots. As the player’s score increases, the game speeds up; their best score is saved locally and shown in the game.

I created the competition entry form on the game-over screen and connected it to backend APIs to submit players’ details for a prize draw. Artwork and backend services were part of the wider team’s work.

04 QA · web campaign

Trainline ×
Domino’s Trainthru

I tested the order journey, confirmation emails for customers and the client, and the accuracy and readability of order exports.

After following the main customer journey, I worked through a Google Sheets checklist and explored less obvious paths. I also leveraged AI tools to help map edge-case user journeys and expand test scenarios. During the live campaign, I monitored WooCommerce orders and stock.

My QA approach

From the brief
to the final checks.

  1. Start with the brief

I turn a simple development brief into practical progress, working with animators and illustrators and keeping questions ready for project reviews.

  2. Organise the checks

For QA, I create project checklists and useful Google Sheets trackers, or report defects in Jira. Coverage includes real devices, browsers and responsive layouts.

  3. Investigate and follow through

I prioritise blockers, explore overlooked scenarios and work with developers on defects, retesting and regression checks. I report when a build is ready for review.
